If paying via paypal or robux, complete payment must be sent prior to completion of commission. WIP pics will be provided upon request only. I tend to work in the moment and forget to take progress pics. I like to complete most works in one sitting.
If paying with Ropet's or Roblox items, payment will be sent after the commission is complete and not prior. I will send a watermarked image for approval. Once approved, payment can then be sent. After payment is received, I will send a HQ unwatermarked version.
Build commission payment must be sent beforehand regardless of payment type.
i have the right to deny or refund any commission for whatever reason.
i have a turn around for up to three weeks when it comes to commissions. after that, feel free to message me, but please be patient with me. build commissions can take up to 1 month.
do not pester me to finish your commission, a friendly reminder is always okay though.
i do not draw nsfw pieces nor anything degrading.
i will pretty much draw anything, but i am best at canines. if you have a question, always feel free to ask first!

Builds are usually done on an alt account. I can create the alt, or one can be provided.
I will keep any rewards earned while I'm on the account (Season Pass rewards, Daily rewards, ect.)
If providing an account, it helps if there are coins and gems already on the account but it's not mandatory. It does however make price cheaper.
Any money earned on the account will be used for the build only, including gems. I will not spend any of the funds for eggs ect.
Once the build is complete, you may add or edit the build in any way you see fit but credit must still be made to me for the build.

If you need a certain pet aged, please make sure I have the same pet as well. I will age MY pet to rogrown and then exchange it for YOUR roborn pet.
